trust you are well and looking forward to brighter days. This summer
has been quite eventful worldwide, but I hope yours have been merciful.
I'm
writing to thank you for your enthusiastic participation in
our collective fundraising efforts for the people of Saigon. In total,
we were able to collect over 32,000 USD to send to the Sisters at Regina
Mundi and the Diocese of Saigon besides what was sent directly to
Saigon by several people in our group. Several donors have wished to
remain anonymous, but mention must be made of Chi Nhon for her active
and fruitful participation and unstinting support, and of Chi My for
your sweet sense of humor which sustained me through the four weeks of
fundraising.
